Returning and warranty

You can return all items you have purchased from us under certain conditions. At CM Carcosmetics you have a trial period of 14 days for your orders.

We request that you check within 24 hours after receipt of the article whether the product has been delivered undamaged and complete. If this is not the case, we request that you contact us as soon as possible after receipt to report this. In this way, we can ensure that you receive a replacement product quickly. Unfortunately, damage reports that arrive too late cannot be resolved.

If you are not satisfied with the item, you can return the product within the trial period.

CM Carcosmetics has rules for returns.

If you want to return the order, we ask you to observe the following:

– Report your return by e-mail to

– Make sure that the return shipment is returned within the trial period of 14 days.

– Please enclose a fully completed return form with your return shipment. – Send your return in an outer box or extra packaging so that the item is not damaged or broken.

A complete refund is not possible when returning a damaged item. The following is important for fast and proper processing of the returned item:

– Add a completed return form to your return.

– If you are returning more than 1 package and you only have 1 return slip, please enclose a letter with your name, address, and invoice number with the other packages.

Warranty conditions

CM Carcosmetics guarantees the proper functioning of the products it supplies during the manufacturer’s warranty period. The statutory manufacturer’s warranty period is used for all products. If a defect should occur to the product during the manufacturer’s warranty period (as a result of manufacturing or material defects), it will be exchanged free of charge.

In order to process the warranty as quickly as possible, we ask you to enclose a copy of the purchase invoice and a fully completed return form.

The warranty is not valid if the defect is caused by shock or fall, abuse, sand, dust, dirt, moisture or corrosion, leaking batteries, improper handling, repairs by unauthorized persons or defects caused by failure to follow the maintenance and safety instructions as stated in the user manual.

After receiving your complaint you will receive a message about this by email to the e-mail address known to us. You will receive an email about the progress of your complaint within 14 days of receipt of your complaint.
